    The Halo 4 Infinity Challenge Weekly Update - Week 3

    Halo 4 Infinity Challenge

    Welcome to week three of the Infinity Challenge! After two weeks of team play, we’re changing over to free-for-all. This week’s featured Infinity Challenge playlist is Regicide. In this mode, the Spartan in first place is the King. As the King racks up kills, their bounty increases, thereby increasing the points other Spartans gain from killing the King. In order to maximize your point total in this playlist, keep in mind that you’ll get points for assisting King kills, so it’s best to always move towards the King and the inevitable action that will be nearby. Also, players who hold the King position long enough will earn additional points and rewards to help secure victory. This week, the Infinity Challenge playlist replaces the normal Regicide playlist, but you do not need to be registered for the tournament to play Regicide this week.

    The current Infinity Challenge Weekly: Get 200 kills with an Automatic Loadout Weapon. Remember, this challenge is only available in War Games Matchmaking.

    War Games leaderboard update:

    The Infinity Challenge War Games leaderboard as of 9:00 AM PT today: War Games competitors are currently battling it out for the grand prize of a fully customized 2013 UNSC-themed FORD F-150 SVT Raptor. Join the Infinity Challenge now to compete for this and other great Halo prizes!

    Congrats to TTroll SLAYS for recently breaking into the top 20 and securing the 2nd place spot!

    The Infinity Challenge Spartan Ops leaderboard as of 9:00 AM PT today: Spartan Ops competitors are currently battling it out for an appearance in a future Halo title. Join the Infinity Challenge now to compete for this and other great Halo prizes!

    I'm tired of playing people with LAG switches. I have tried killing so many players that just seem to disappear and reappear behind me like a glitch just magically happened in their favor. Someone should monitor the tournament somehow.

    Why so many people butt-hurt about the Qualifiers? I think the Tournament was a great idea for the post-launch holidays. Once it actually starts I think the hoppers (& hopefully File Share) will get the kick in the pants they so sorely need...

    They should take an average of someones score per game rather than add up all their scores and have a certain amount of games they have to play each week to qualify.  That way its more of a competition of skill rather than a competition of who has the most time.

    why does it not show my gamertag in leaderboards ive just signed up and played for a couple of hours but cant find my gt anywhere!! i dont know if i should keep playing this much or if i should stop since i dont show up

    I still don't understand why players are grinding so hard for the top spots in the qualifying round.  "During the Finals, all scores will reset, and Finalists will play the Game in the Game Mode they used to qualify to compete for a chance to win prizes in their corresponding Tier."...from the rules and regs....Once you are in tier one (which is sooo easy to do) it's really only the finals week that matters.

    Even in Spartan Ops there's major lagging, which is TOTALLY annoying!  Quit using lag switches. If you have to  use a lag switch then obviously you have no skills and must cheat and annoy the heck out of the rest of us. Oh and don't get me started with Team killing. Forget the ops with mantis, many stupid players team killing there.  GROW UP!

    Since this is done by time alone, shouldn't they just hand out the prizes to the unemployed and have done with it?
    Get the File Browser for every game type sorted like Bungie have done in past instead of thinking of ways to annoy your fan base.

    I just want to say all of the bullcrap of lagging and people ruining the fun of spartan ops just sucks.

    I hope you guys at 343 are happy with all the glitches in spartan ops and other game modes like war games because halo has come last money finely.
