A few questions, Certain Afinity...

Is there a way to make objects player trait zones?

Is there a way to make the items in the Scenery section get knocked over by the player, like the Barricade? I can hit it and it just crumples

Are there objects that can be used as obstacles for players to get around, or even through, that would be challenging and time consuming?

Did you really have to make the object have a pooled object count limitation?

Why is halo 4 forge the windows 7 of Reach's forge???


Why does halo 4 forge make me depressed because of the limitations of the reach engine, despite the new things?

For the objective drop properties, i cant select " Alpha Resupply, Bravo Resupply, etc.."  my choices are "Objective 1, Objective 2, etc.."  I went ahead and tried it like that, but no luck.  Help please??

Gryffydd89, I am having the same problems. I'm attempting to make a dominion map on Ragnarok, everything works fine except the objective drops. I think there may be a work around, but its daunting.

~In forge~
If you set the objective for the objective drops to "objective 1 etc." and set the "Bases" to a second game type (if any objective type games would work on it).

~Modifying/Creating a custom game mode for the map~
Then take the properties of the "Dominion" game and customize it for the second game specific type that you set for the Bases. Set the Ordinance drops in the Game Mode settings to a specific respawn.

The issue that arrives with this "Affro-teck" method is that it wont drop ordinance when the base resupplies. You can also run into problems with another team taking the base and the ordinance spawn time is still in effect from the first team to capture it.

I will test a few of these theories, and get back. I will also be messaging 343 for help soon, hopefully a patch.

Ok an update on my idea. It doesn't work. At all. Not even a little. So the only way is to ask for a patch.
