An amazing gametype that was created by players because of the all the custom game possibilities in halo 3. 343i stole griffball from the community and deleted assault so we couldn't even make it how we wanted it. No reset between rounds?! You can throw the ball?! Put this is matchmaking but let us do what we want in custom games. To not allow us to enjoy griffball how we have enjoyed it for the past 5 years is horrible. Shame on you 343. Give us our custom options back!

I really hope it doesn't take too long for Grifball to come out... It's the only sport I like to watch.

You can make it to where one score ends the round like the old school grifball. Also, I have a feeling we'll have a grifball playlist soon ^_^

I pointed this out in the forums, thought I'd do it again here seeing as all the comments are posted by Grifball fans. Frank O'Connor's statement @ 1:14 wishing "Happy 5th birthday Grifball and as a special celebration we're completely changing everything about you."; he's seems to have said this jokingly, but is that statement actually also true based on what Blaughable said that "343i/Microsoft deleted assault so we couldn't even make it (play) how we wanted it. No reset between rounds?! You can throw the ball?!"? If so, that sucks. If not, what remains the same?

Stop acting like a bunch of filthy Blues and give us the damn Grifball playlist.

Grifball... where?  Oh, over there where Action Sack, Team Snipers, King of the Hill, Multi-Team, Team Doubles, and the rest of the small maps went?  ...and where is that?  But seriously folks, at least we have Ordinance Drops, broken JIP, and a 130 level cap that doesn't really mean anything.  Guess we know why 343 didn't do an open beta. They don't care what the fans think.
