Part of classified ONI Section 3 Victor group Zoe spent her career dropping deep behind enemy lines of both human and Covenant for assassinations sabotage and recon sorties. Paired with Peter 059 performing ops that later would be deemed Headhunter teams mostly attributed to Spartan 3's.
